About Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel

Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel is located in the city center directly across from St. Isaac’s Square. The history of the building goes back to the middle of the 18th century. It was the private residence of Mikhail Yakovlev, a school friend of Alexander Pushkin, famous Russian poet. Then the building changed hands and before the revolution was owned by the famous wine trader Henrich Lepen, who sold French and Spanish wine under the “F.Raul” trade mark. After complete reconstruction in May 2004 it was opened as Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel, the 6th addition of Marriott International, Inc. in Russia.
