So Refreshing: A Look at Summer Craft Beers

Create a refreshing summer experience for guests by serving craft beers.

Summer is right around the corner — and along with it, warmer weather and outdoor events. Make summer events memorable by including food and drink experiences that speak to the excitement of the season.

Consider featuring craft beers that really highlight the taste of summer. To make beer-drinking an integrated event experience, think about planning the following:

  • Beer tastings: Have a beer expert or knowledgeable bartender serve beer flights to guests. Guests will have an opportunity to learn about ingredients, production and beer varietals from different countries or U.S. regions and will be able to compare the brews.

  • Beer garden: Create an idyllic summer scene with stations set up throughout the venue. Each station will feature a different craft beer, with information about its history, production and recipe.
